Help! CommuteMaster App on IOS.
First, you need to download and install the CommuteMaster App from the App Store. Navigate to the App Store on your iPhone and search for CommuteMaster. Click on the ‘Download’ Button and the App will install on your device. You will find the App Icon on the last page of your Apps.
Click on the App Icon on your iPhone and the App will open.
You will now be presented with the login screen.
If you have not created an account before, you will need to register. Click on register. You can also use your Social Media Accounts to login if you so wish by choosing the relevant option from the bottom of the screen.
You will need to enter your Name, Email Address and Chose a Password. Then, click on the option to Commute By Train if you do use the trains to get to your place of work.
If you have selected that you Commute by train, you will now need to select your stations. (If you did not, you will now Choose the Times for your commute) If the stations are not showing for your region, click on the region option to be taken to the correct region. Then, click on “Save Stations”
Now you need to fill in your Home location. If you are completing the registration from your home, your current geo-location will be shown on the Map. You can drag the marker to your Home location. Or, you can search for your address.
Click on “Save Location” and you now will be able to chose your place of work. Follow the same process by searching for your place of work, or dragging the marker to the correct location.
Now you need to select the times for your commute. This is the average time that you leave for work and home. (You can adjust the notification timings in the settings that we will discuss later)
Select the time you leave for work, followed by the time you leave your place of work to return home. Then click on “Save Times”
Your CommuteMaster Profile should now be complete and you can click “Register” to finish and save your information. Now, you can choose the format that the time will be displayed in 12h or 24h clock as well as your timezone.
You will then be returned to the Home Screen.
How do I Change My Profile?
From the main Profile Screen, you will be able to see the individual elements that make up your Commute Profile. Your Name, profile image, Times, Home and Work Locations, the trains you use, your notification type and your subscription. If you swipe left to right on any of these elements, you can then edit them.
You can access the Settings Menu by two ways. Either, tap on the settings Icon (Three horizontal lines) which can be found in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Or, with your finger swipe from left to right on the screen to drag open the settings menu.
Here you can choose what notifications you receive as well as how you receive them.
If you missed a notification that came through to your cell phone, or if you simply want to look back through the notifications that you have received, this is where you do it.
If you click on a notification, it will take you to a map that shows where the incident is and you can also see the traffic surrounding the incident.
You can switch between 12h and 24h clock here as well as changing the time zone that you are set to.
This feature allows you to promote the fact that you are a user of CommuteMaster with your friends on various social media platforms as well as via Mail and Text Message.
This allows you to send a link to your friends to invite them to use CommuteMaster via Twitter or Text Message
This is where you manage your in app subscription to the CommuteMaster Service. Once your 10 day trial period is up, you will need to register for a subscription for the service to continue to receive the notifications. Please note, it will be in your local currency.
The statistics option shows you how many delays there have been on your commuting route for that Week, Month or Year. Coming in later revisions will be the ability to track how many minutes there have been of delays also also the number of minutes you have saved by being re-routed around the commuting problems.
This will allow you to totally remove all your data securely from our servers and delete your CommuteMaster profile. Please note, this cannot be undone.

This will log you out of the Application. Please note, once you are logged out, you will not receive any notifications about travel conditions on your commute.

CommuteMeNow is a feature developed by the CommuteMaster team to allow our users to benefit from our real-time monitoring of Trains and Delays when they are traveling to a different location that is not their place of work or home. CommuteMeNow can be used when you are traveling to a business meeting, going on a family outing or even to watch a sports game. It gives you the benefit of real-time monitoring of transport on your day trip.
To activate CommuteMeNow Train, click on the Train Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You now can enter the departure station and destination station into the App. You can also change Region from within the train station selections.
Enter your Departure Time and your Return Time then simply click “Go!”
You will receive a message to say that your notifications are now active. Click ‘OK’
On your Home Profile Screen, you will now see that your CommuteMeNow is active showing the icon below.

To activate CommuteMeNow Road, click on the Road Icon at the bottom of the screen.
You will then need to choose a departure time and a destination. For the destination, you can enter it into the box under the time and then click on search. When found, it will be displayed below. Click on the destination to select it.
You now need to select the time that you are returning from your trip and select Go.
Your route will be shown along with the current traffic conditions. Click on Start to begin the CommuteMeNow.
You will see the message below to say you have successfully stated the CommuteMeNow route.
On your Home Profile Screen, you will see that the CommuteMeNow is showing as active.
If you swipe right on the CommuteMeNow Active notification, you will see you have an option to check the Map.
If you click on the Map you can see the updated Traffic on your Route. There is also an option to push your route out to Apple Maps in order to get Turn by Turn Navigation to your destination as well as the CommuteMeNow notifications. You will find this button in the top right hand corner of the screen, the diamond with and arrows in it (under the battery symbol below)
Once you click it, you will see that Apple Maps opens with your route, and you can then get Turn By Turn navigation to your destination.
